How to Cook

① Open the pack and submerge the wild greens in clean water to thaw, then squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly.
② Before heating the pan, add the thawed greens, the included seasoning sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 120ml of water, and mix everything together evenly.
③ Turn the heat to high and stir-fry until the moisture has almost completely evaporated.
④ Add a bowl of rice and mix it thoroughly with the stir-fried greens to complete your delicious Wild Greens Bibimbap.

Tip. Depending on your preference, pair it with Gochujang (Korean chili paste), your choice of meat, or a fried egg to enjoy an even richer, multi-layered flavor profile. The completed stir-fried greens are also excellent when tossed into mixed noodles or served simply as a premium everyday side dish.
