Gochang Poongchun eel is a Japonica freshwater eel that thrives in the water of Gochang, Korea. Grilled eel is known as the best health food that will restore your vitality and boost your energy. We selected only the highest quality and extra-large size eel, and deliver it via DHL. ❉ Included: 2 eels, Myeongnamul (Wild Garlic Leaves), shredded ginger, eel extract, 2 types of seasoning, pink salt, wasabi, seasoning brush. ❉It can be stored for about a week in the refrigerator after thawing.

Cleaned thoroughly, and grilled until golden brown. Just bake it in an air fryer or oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes with the enclosed seasoning and enjoy.
