저는 음식 주문 전에 꼭 다른 분들 후기를 먼저 보는 편인데요, 이번에도 살펴보니 다들 자신만의 스타일로 다양한 채소나 재료를 더해 즐기시더라고요. 하지만 저는 처음 접해보는 거라 그런지, 간장양념 그 자체의 깊은 맛이 너무 궁금했어요. 그래서 아무 재료도 더하지 않고, 올리브 오일만 살짝 두른 팬에 본연 그대로 구워봤어요.
참고로 저는 동봉된 양념 국물을 전부 넣진 않았어요. 다 넣으면 제 입맛엔 조금 짭짤할 것 같더라고요. 그래서 고기에 적당히 스며든 양념만 활용했는데, 그 선택이 딱 좋았던 것 같아요.
짭조름하면서도 은은한 단맛, 그리고 간장의 깊고 부드러운 풍미가 고기에 정말 잘 배어 있었어요. 특별히 더한 것도 없는데도 자꾸 손이 가는 맛이라, 한입 한입 먹을 때마다 “이거다!” 싶은 기분이 들더라고요.
이 날은 마침 남편이 퇴근하자마자 배고프다며 저녁을 급하게 부탁한 날이었는데요, 짧은 시간 안에 맛있고 든든한 식사를 준비하고 싶었어요. 그럴 때 이 닭불고기는 완벽한 선택이었죠. 간편하게 조리할 수 있으면서도 맛은 전혀 가볍지 않았고, 남편도 정말 맛있게 먹어줘서 대만족이네요 ㅋㅋ
함께 곁들인 건 아주 심플하게 만든 오일 파스타였는데, 닭불고기의 진한 양념과 의외로 너무 잘 어울리더라고요. 그리고 분위기를 더해줄 겸 샴페인과 로제 와인을 함께 곁들였더니, 평범한 저녁이 작은 홈 파티처럼 특별하게 느껴졌어요.
맛, 조리의 간편함, 분위기까지 모두 만족스러웠던 식사였어요. 저는 강력 추천해요 ;)
I always read other people's reviews before ordering food, and when I looked into it this time, I saw that everyone enjoyed it with their own style of adding various vegetables and ingredients. However, since it was my first time trying it, I was really curious about the deep flavor of the Soy Sauce sauce seasoning itself. So I didn't add any ingredients and just grilled it in a pan with a little olive oil.
For reference, I didn't use all of the seasoning broth that came with it. I thought it would be a little salty for my taste if I added all of it. So I just used the seasoning that was slightly soaked into the meat, and I think that was a good choice.
The salty yet subtle sweetness, and the deep and soft flavor of the Soy Sauce really permeated the meat well. There was nothing special about it, but it was a flavor that made me want to keep reaching for it, and I felt like “this is it!” every time I took a bite.
This was the day my husband asked me to make dinner right after he got home from work, saying he was hungry. I wanted to prepare a delicious and filling meal in a short amount of time. This chicken Bulgogi was the perfect choice. It was easy to cook, but the taste was not light at all, and my husband really enjoyed it, so I'm very satisfied.
The side dish I made was a very simple oil pasta, but it surprisingly went well with the rich seasoning of the chicken Bulgogi. And to add to the atmosphere, I served it with champagne and rose wine, and this ordinary dinner felt like a special little home party.
It was a meal that was satisfying in every way, from the taste, the ease of cooking, to the atmosphere. I highly recommend it ;)
